Minimise weight gain this christmas

Christmas is coming and that means one thing; pile on the pounds by turning a blind eye to calorie intake.

From experience I have set below 3 easy but useful tips to avoid gaining too much this christmas

1. Pile on the veggies and lean meats. Its not easy to overeat on steamed brocolli and turkey breast.

2. Avoid drenching food in sauces. You'll be suprised how many hidden calories are existent in sauces.

3. Don't skip dessert. Instead have smaller servings of starters and mains and allow a small plate of dessert. Calories are calories at the end of the day.
