Compound Excersizes Part 1

I see people at the gym frequently that live on the treadmills, or simply use machines solely to train.

I think to myself, although any form of excersize is better than no form, one crucial type of excersize is being avoided by many.

Compound excersizes are at the core of the aesthetic physiques you see to this day, alongside a excellent nutrition plan of course.

Todays blog is dedicated to one of the kings of excersizes you can do : The Squat.

This can be done with dumbells, barbells, kettlebells; but The barbell is the best option. 

Start with low weight and build your way up and benefit from a gruelling full body workout that will both burn fat and increase muscle mass!
