Compound Excersizes part 2

The Deadlift.

Second king of excersizes alongside the squat.

This excersize will build core strength, build muscle all over the body, and burn fat. 

Not only are you utilising your back, but also engaging your hamstrings, calves, abdominals and biceps.

This excersize is a must do for anyone serious about putting on mass.

Start light and build your way up, focusing primarily on technique over the amount of plates you can shove on each side of the bar. 

Leave your ego at the door; over time you will perfect the technique and be deadlifting like an animal!
