The most famous and popular excersize around: The bench press

The most sought after piece of equipment everyone races to at the gym. 

The bench press is a great compound move which works the chest, shoulders and triceps.

Different grips ( wide, narrow) can be utilised to work different areas of the chest for maximum use of muscle fibres.

Superset with push ups or tricep dips to really burn out on the chest. 

Start light, arch your back as you do this excersize and in no time you will build a chest that you will be puffing out!
