After 16 highly successful editions in Bangladesh CEMS-Global along with The Sub-Council of Textile Industry China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT TEX) present the Leading International Exhibition of its kind as “17th Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show 2022—Winter Edition.” The “17th DIFS 2022-Winter Edition” is all set to again draw huge visitors from the Textile and Apparel industry of Bangladesh Bangladesh requires to import over 75% Fabric (Woven) for the Garment export demand of over 7500 Garment & Textile factories/mills of the country. The total demand for yarn is more than 21 lakh tones. Of the amount nearly 30 percent is imported mainly from India China Vietnam and Pakistan. The USDA report said in fiscal 2017-18 yarn and fabric consumption are expected to rise to 1.13 million tones and 7.4 billion meters on strong international demand for clothing due to population growth urbanization and disposable income growth.
