2023 Build Your Library Reading Challenge
December has always been one of my favorite months. Or course the holiday season, but I also enjoy making goals and planning out the new year. I love setting reading challenge goals for myself and I try to encourage my children to do the same, with various degrees of success.
For the past four years, we have been creating Build Your Library Reading Challenges. It’s a fun activity that my oldest daughter and I collaborate on. We love to brainstorm fun reading challenges that everyone in the family can do. EVERY year she tries to get a “fish related” category included, and this year it actually fits!
I ended up doing pretty well completing the 2022 Build Your Library Reading Challenge (I currently sit with 7 prompts left to complete!). So I was excited to sit down to write the 2023 prompts. This year we decided to do a science and nature theme!
I can’t wait to dig into this year’s reading prompts! I’ve included prompts that offer you a chance to escape into all kinds of science and nature adventures, from fantasy to historical fiction, to non-fiction and more! Let’s all be scientists in 2023!
