3 dead in Dinajpur, Panchagarh road accidents

Three people died in separate road accidents in Dinajpur and Panchagarh yesterday (October 12, 2022).
In Dinajpur, two persons were injured after their motorcycle collided head-on with a truck at Mirzapur village on Dinjapur-Rangpur highway around 11pm.
Locals rescued them and took them to M Abdur Rahim Medical College Hospital, where on-duty doctor declared them dead, Tanvirul Islam, officer-in-charge of Dinajpur Kotwali Police Station, told our Dinajpur correspondent.
The deceased were identified as Md Al-Mamun (30) and Rahid Hasan (32), the OC added.
Meanwhile, Nasir Hossain (18), a mechanic of a garage, was out on a test-run on a motorcycle. He was injured after his motorcycle collided with a truck in Debiganj upazila of Panchagarh, reports our Thakurgaon correspondent quoting Md Jamal Hossain, officer-in-charge of Debiganj Police Station.
Locals rescued him and took him to Debiganj Upazila Health Complex. As his condition deteriorated, the doctors referred him to Rangpur Medical College and Hospital after primary treatment. Read More...
