A Single-Family and Townhome Rental Community Is On the Rise in Bolivia.
Developers recently laid the foundation for the project. Ohio-based Distinct Endeavors, as a team with subsidiary organizations Obvious Living and Arbor Development, is building Oak Harbor Town at the convergence of Nightfall Harbor Street and N.C. 211.
According to a news release, the 23-acre community will have 130 single-story ranch-style homes and two-story townhome rental units.
According to Stark Enterprises vice president Stacie Schmidt, "everyone has a preference, and we're giving people the option and variety...it creates that synergy of a real neighborhood."
According to Schmidt, the units have private patios, walk-in closets, private driveways, a two-car attached garage, and more. They range in size from one to three bedrooms and are an average of 1,232 square feet.
She also said that the development will have a variety of amenities, including a clubhouse, dog park, fitness center, playground, lap pool, sundeck, pergolas, grilling stations, and entertainment areas.
As of late, designers have been profiting by the form to-lease pattern.
Schmidt stated, "People want a home, but sometimes don't want a commitment." We're providing them with every one of the extravagances of house purchasing without the issue."
She stated that Bolivia, the county seat of Brunswick County, seemed like a good bet.
Schmidt stated, "We're interested in trying to find markets that need housing, and our research shows that Bolivia is in a growth spurt."
Obvious Living, the private property the executives arm of Distinct Endeavors, will direct the local area's activities with on location the board and support groups, the delivery expressed. According to the release, the company is expanding its build-to-rent concept beyond West Shire Village in Ocala, Florida. Oak Harbor Village is the second such community. The idea is being introduced to up to five additional cities.
