Andalous Mohammedia Creates Affordable Housing in Morocco Amid Economic Crisis
Affordable housing projects provide residents with low-income friendly living options in light of the recent price increases in the real estate market. Andalous Mohammedia is an affordable housing project covering more than 35 hectares, located at the entrance of Mohammedia.
The social housing project features apartments including three-bedroom properties that have two bathrooms, a hall, a kitchen, and a living room priced at MAD 250,000 ($24,094.)
In an interview with Morocco World News, Sales Director at SAMA INVEST Tarik Hameddine, said that Andalous Mohammedia offers residents proximity to amenities such as a hammam, schools, a sports facility, and Morocco’s Office of Professional Training and Labor Promotion (OFPPT) vocational training institutes.
The project idea reflects the client's needs, the founders explained that it was developed with the aim of offering comfort to future residents.
Their apartments have been designed with good lighting and plenty of space. “All our apartments meet the highest standards of architecture,” including thoughtful construction for their residents, the founders said.
In their pledge to make affordable living options, the founders emphasized their commitment to offering future buyers the best conditions for “a serene life and proximity to all the necessary facilities, means of transport and green spaces.” Read More…
