Autumn/winter 2022 hair trends to try now
The fashion weeks were back with a bang this year, and for autumn/winter 2022 the catwalks were awash with haute hairstyle and make-up inspiration.
Whether you’re looking to update your look with accessories, or try a completely new hairstyle – there’s a trend for everyone to embrace next autumn/winter (or sooner - why wait?!).
Paris, Milan, New York and London Fashion Week brought us some Noughties hair throwbacks (David Koma, here's looking at you), bombshell blowdries (all hail Halpern) and intricate add-ons, from bows to braids and embellishment. Anyone attending weddings and festivals, take note.

Chanel
Polished blow-dries were side-parted and accessorised with chic clips at Chanel for an elegant retro feel.

Cecilie Bahnsen
Models at Cecilie Bahnsen wore a trio of trailing braids secured with sleek black bows.

Dior
Tight Dutch braids were topped off with crystal-encrusted headbands at Dior, the work of super-stylist Guido Palau who married the fashion house's key themes of strength and femininity.

Moschino
