Becal opens applications for 16 postgraduate scholarships
Enrollments are now open to apply for the 16 postgraduate scholarships under the assisted modality, offered by the Don Carlos Antonio López National Postgraduate Scholarship Program abroad (Becal).
Of the 16 scholarships, 5 are intended for short stays for postdoctoral training in Spain, in agreement with the Carolina Foundation. To those who can register until March 29.
The remaining 11 are for master's and doctoral degrees in Canada, in agreement with the Caldo consortium. To which they have time to request until March 31, 2023.

With the 5 postdoctoral scholarships in Spain, face-to-face study programs will be financed, which would begin in the second semester of 2023.
The goal of these scholarships is to complement and perfect the postdoctoral training of Paraguayan university professors in Spanish universities or research centers.
In 7 years, the Program awarded 2,730 scholarships to young people and professionals from the 17 departments, through 90 calls, of which 1,249 professionals who have completed any of the modalities are already back in the country. Read More…
