Begu captures fifth career title in Palermo
Romania's Irina-Camelia Begu captured her fifth career title on Sunday with a straights sets win over Lucia Bronzetti of Italy in the Palermo clay-court final.
Begu, ranked 45 in the world, eased to a 6-2, 6-2 victory over her 78th-ranked opponent who was seeking a maiden WTA title.
