Blackbook Croatia: Works of Croatian graffiti scene gathered in book for first time
On Tuesday, January 25, 2022 in KGZ – Marin Držić Library on Ulica grada Vukovara 222, there will be a promotion of Blackbook Croatia, a book by the editorial team of Matija VnuÄec, Alen Miller and Krešimir Golubić which is published by Digital Graffiti.

For the first time, the book gathers the works of almost the entire Croatian graffiti scene. The works are presented through the most intimate part of each graffiti artist – their sketches which help artists embark on a journey of perfecting their performance skills and personal style of their graffiti murals.

The book presents 192 artists with 192 works collected in the period from summer 2020 to autumn 2021.
More about the book itself was revealed to us by the authors Matija VnuÄec and Alen Miller.

“The idea for this project arose in the summer of 2020 after returning from one graffiti festival and browsing our blackbooks in which we collected works by other fellow graffiti artists. Because there is no such edition in Croatia that encompasses the whole scene, so we came up with the idea to collect works of as many Croatian artists as possible and make a book out of it. Read More…
