Bread that does not knead
It is easy to make and very tasty.
Components:
- 500 g of smooth flour
- 7 g of dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of fat
- 1-2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 150 m of lukewarm milk
- 300 m of lukewarm water

Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add, melted fat, milk and water.
Now mix everything well with a food processor or mixer.
Cover with nylon foil and let stand for about 45 minutes to double.
