Managerial pluralism in Africa. This is the title of the book that has just been published. Written by a group of university teachers, the book looks back at managerial experiences in Africa. The aim is to highlight the struggle that Professor Emmanuel Kamdem is leading in the field of management.
For many years, the sociologist has been in the school of thought that wants to push the reflection around the understanding of the world. And the authors of managerial pluralism in Africa join him in asserting that the ways in which knowledge is used must produce an understanding of the world, which will work to change the universe.
