Chef Jeremy Chan of London's two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ikoyi will be bringing his food to Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul in Gangnam District starting Thursday. Its lunch course offered from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. includes fatty tuna toast and mushroom aioli; and hanwoo (Korean beef), green goddess and crispy chili. The dinner course runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and additional dishes such as tartlet of jogi jeot (salted yellow croaker) brandade, spring namul (seasoned greens) and yeasted bearnaise; and cod, doenjang (fermented soybean paste) beurre blanc, roasted white kombu.
