CWSI Signs Mobile Security Deal With Three UK

Irish mobile and cloud security provider CWSI has signed a multi-million-pound deal with Three UK to support its mobile security solution, Three Mobile Project, after launching the same product for Three Ireland in 2020.
Three Mobile Protect is aimed at businesses, available to implement on both iOS and Android devices and powered with mobile endpoint security software from Corrata.
CWSI implements and supports the service, which safeguards businesses against mobile phone threats such as scams, malware and data loss by blocking access to phishing sites, malware download servers, and unapproved content or services.
Three Mobile Protect, which operates locally on the device, also helps organisations to control costs by monitoring the apps, data usage and roaming permitted on business phones, but company data is not sent to the cloud for inspection, which is a major privacy advantage.
