- Including travel to/from China on the itinerary
- Travel to/from India is included in the itinerary
- The customer’s last name requires more than three corrections
- Reissue the ticket if the name has already been corrected once and needs to be corrected again
Minor name corrections can be made without contacting Delta. For name changes before or after ticketing, please follow these guidelines to ensure that the PNR is documented correctly and to avoid cancellation:
- This applies worldwide to Delta 006 tickets
- The ticket must contain all Delta-operated flights (including Delta Connection flights).
- Ticket reissues for name corrections are limited to one per passenger
- The same passenger on the original reservation must be the traveler
- As on the original reservation, Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD) remains the same
1. Correction to the first or middle name on Delta Ticket
Reissuing a ticket without a waiver code is possible if the first or middle name is corrected
- In the PNR, correct the name
- An OSI message advising of the name correction should be added to the PNR:
- NAME CORRECTION FOR OSI DL ONLY FOR FIRST/MIDDLE NAME
- Exchange ticket as a fair exchange (no other changes permitted to flights/dates)
- Waiver codes are not required
