DIY Recipes: How to make Egg rice
It's a little twist of fried rice and tastes awesome and delicious.
Ingredients
3 eggs
3 tbsp oil
2 onions finely chopped
2 green chillies chopped
Spices to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 cups of boiled rice
Coriander leaves chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice(optional)
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan.
