All employed members of the Union of Educational Workers of Serbia (USPRS) will strike on September 1 , the union confirmed.
- In schools that are members of the Union, classes will be shortened to 30 minutes - they state.
Protest rallies, walks, media conferences will be organized on the same day throughout Serbia.
They presented three demands:
1. Salary correction of 20 percent and payment of the remaining debt of 50 thousand dinars.
2. Changes in laws, regulations and instructions in the field of education, with social dialogue.
