We’re here to tell you about some of the rising stars that made extremely memorable appearances throughout the year, let’s hit the rewind button together!
Mayan El Sayed
We can officially call our beloved Mayan the “Star of the Year”! We mean have you seen what she’s capable of? Starting with her multiple appearances in Ramadan series Le3bet Newton, Harb Ahleya, and Hagma Mortada all the way to her memorable role in El Mahkama movie.
Of course we can’t forget her heartwarming role in Ella Ana hekayet Helm Hayaty. This sweetheart stole our hearts away with her outstanding performance and very emotional role.
Mayan has certainly been the talk of this year and we’re sure she’s going to continue being the talk of plenty years to come. She deserves all the success she’s achieved, and we’re sure everyone loves seeing her on screen as much as we do!
Youssef Othman
Remember the iconic kid from Baheb El Cima? Well, he’s not a kid anymore and we’re definitely not here to tell you about how he’s all grown up now. We’ve only come to shed light on his outstanding talent!
We’ve seen Youssef starring in plenty of productions this year like the Ramadan series Hagma Mortada and Ritsa, the movie premiering now in theaters. However, one role that truly stood out is his role as Aly in Ella Ana hekayet Helm Hayaty.
Hi pure romance with Khadiga (Mayan El Sayed) made us believe in true love once again. We long for real talented actors like Youssef!
Taha Dessouky
The biggest comedic discovery of the year! Have you seen Taha Dessouky on the killer series Mawdoo3 3a2ely? If you haven’t, you’ve got to get going on that 10 episode super hit! This is seriously where you’ll fall in love with Taha for his superb performance.
He’s done lots of other productions throughout the year like Far2 khebra and currently Bimbo, but we had to mention Mawdoo3 3a2ely first and foremost because it’s the one that got us falling in love with him the most!
Taha will surely stun you as much as he stunned us. He’s got the type of comedic charisma that is sure to crack you up no matter what!
Rana Raeis
We can’t mention Mawdoo3 3a2ely without bringing up the dazzling Rana Raeis. The Kedwany and Raeis duo definitely made us feel all types of ways while watching the series! Rana’s hopefulness and positivity are infectious types of energy that no one can ignore!
We’re so happy to have been seeing so much of her on our screens this year. She pulled off a magnificent performance in Del Ragel and filled our hearts with joy and happiness in Nageeb Zahy Zarkash.
