The first edition of Feira da Casa Própria, to be held from 27 to 28 April, in Luanda, has more than 100 exhibitors, including builders, real estate companies, insurance companies, construction material factories, banks and investors in the civil construction, promoted by Linear Comunicação.
The event, which will take place under the motto “The importance of Social Housing and the Real Estate Sector in the fight against poverty and social exclusion”, aims to bring together and facilitate young people (in particular) and national citizens (in general) to real estate agents, as well as providing assistance to families seeking to realize their dream of home ownership.
For this purpose, during the two days of the fair, lectures and workshops are reserved to resolve any doubts, on which occasion the different players in the real estate sector will be able to present opportunities for the acquisition of their own home.
According to Alberto Domingos, director of the company Linear Comunicação – promoter of the event launched this Wednesday, the objective is to present to Angolan citizens the opportunities and facilities that builders and real estate agents have for families.
According to the organizer, during the event, which expects to receive around 10,000 visitors, some real estate agents will promote discounts ranging from 10 to 15 percent discounts, subject to terms and conditions. Read More..
