Gluten Free Finnish-Style Pancakes
This recipe comes from Finland. We adapted it to make it gluten free and they taste wonderful. The pancakes are very similar to crepes only sweeter.
My kids love them!
Ingredients
-2 ½ cups milk
-½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 ¾ cups Eating Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
- 2 eggs
Method
1. Beat ingredients together. Let the batter sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
