Delicious guatemalan carrot soup (the secret is the thyme!)
4 carrots (big ones)
6 cups of water
45 grs of butter
Fresh thyme
Salt to taste
Optional: sour cream

Tips
If you want you can add one tablespoon of sour cream (per serving) if you like.
Directions
Clean and chop the the carrots into pieces, cook them with the 6 cups of water until they get soft, then blend them with his own cooking water (so you won't lose the nutrients). Place in a pot, add butter, salt and thyme and let boil for 2 minutes. Read More...
