Very tasty cake that is easy to prepare.
Components:
- 3 eggs
- a glass of 1 dl of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- a glass of 1 dl of honey
- a glass of 3 dl flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 5 dl sweet sour cream
- Strawberries
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a bowl and add the honey, then leave to cool a bit.
Whisk eggs with sugar, then add melted butter with honey.
Then add flour with baking powder.
Whisk the mixture and pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees, about 40 minutes, and cover the cake with foil for 10 minutes before the end. Read More...
