Ideas to recreate gym exercises at home

When it comes to doing exercises, there are many options to do at home, but if you are looking for something more complete, you will be interested in these exercises.

1. Back Extension – Try various heights such as a sofa or chair. Then place your heels against the wall. The support goes from the middle of the thigh to the pelvis. With your back straight, go up and down, contracting your abdomen.

2. Squats : Elastic bands will be of great help when it comes to offering resistance to the body. Choose a large one, tie a knot in it, hold it with the sole of the piles and then pass it behind your shoulders.
