Indoor Exercise Is Better Than No Exercise
Don’t let inclement weather derail your fitness routine — take your workout indoors for year-round fitness and fun.
Instead of spending bad outdoor days in a slump on the couch, find indoor activities that can help you stay active.
Here’s a list of ideas to get you moving:

If the fun factor is high, you’ll be more likely to go.
Try a video.
If you can’t make it to the gym, there is a huge selection of quality fitness videos on the market. Most of them are safe, effective, and use equipment you are likely to have in your house. Consider pooling your resources with a group of friends and invest in a selection of videos that you can trade among the group. This will keep the boredom at bay.
Invest in home equipment.
If you can’t visit the gym, consider bringing the gym to you. Create a mini home gym, crank up the music, and get moving. Some people go big and invest in a large home fitness machine, but a few hand weights, balls, and bands offer plenty of fitness options. Read More…
