Judy’s extra hot Liberian chilli sauce
Ingredients
- 500 gchillis, preferably habaneros or another very hot variety
- 3-4capsicums
- 400 mlvegetable oil
- 3onions, finely chopped
- 4 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbspJudy's African seasoning
- 500 gfresh tomatoes, pureed
- salt, to taste
- 1Maggi Crevette stock cube (available at African grocers)
Instructions
1. Puree the chilis and capsicums in a blender or food processor.
