KBC International To Develop Commercial And Residential Spaces in Liberia
KBC Global Ltd's subsidiary, KBC International, has signed a significant agreement with the Liberia SEZ Authority to develop commercial and residential projects in a special economic zone. The project, valued at $12.5 million, is set to begin in Q2 2025 and is expected to be completed within three years.
KBC International has also regularized its payment obligations with Capri Global Capital, reducing its outstanding balance to Rs 13.50 crore. The company has entered into a favorable MoU with Capri Global Capital, securing a waiver of non-financial penal interest.
KBC Global has marked its entry into Africa's infrastructure development market by bagging a USD 20 million civil engineering subcontract in the soft infrastructure segment from CRJE (East Africa) Ltd in June.
