1 Luv-A-Duck Korean Style Duck Bao kit
80g baby spinach
95g (1/2 cup) cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
2 green shallots, chopped
80g broccoli, finely chopped
70g (2/3 cup) coarsely grated colby cheese
Chilli sauce, to serve
Lime halves, to serve

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Shred the duck meat from the kit, discarding the bones. Place in a large bowl.
