Meet famous American professional dancer Witney Carson – The 29-year-old Utah native, Witney Carson is an actress, professional Latin ballroom dancer, and choreographer widely known for her participation in the season of the So You Think You Can Dance show where she topped the position as the second runner-up at a time when she was only 18 years old and proceeded to be a pro dancer on Dancing with the Stars.
Who is Witney Carson?
Being the oldest of the four children of Jill-Johnson Carson and Tyler Carson, Witney Capri Carson McAllister was born on October 17, 1993, in American Fork, Utah in the United States of America. She grew up alongside her three siblings, two brothers, and a sister Camry, Jaxon, and Cade. Her love for dance didn’t commence today but at the young age of three. She learned different dance styles including jazz, ballet, and ballroom.
Concerning her career, Witney first became a candidate for season nine of the Fox Broadcasting show, So You Think You Can Dance at the age of 18. She qualified to be amongst the 20 finalists but was placed in the position of the second runner-up. From there, she joined the reality dancing series Dancing with the Stars as a troupe dancer in season 17. Fortunately, she got promoted to be a pro dancer in season 18 of the show.
In season 19 of the show, she presented with actor Alfonso Ribeiro and won.
Subsequently, appeared on the dancing television series, Dancin’: It’s On! for many seasons co partnering with several celebrities some of which are actor Carlos PenaVega, NFL star Von Miller, Vanilla Ice, Chris Kattan, and Frankie Muniz. Read More…
