New era for lotteries and gaming industry
Government has launched the client service charter for the Lotteries and Gaming Board as part of efforts to improve transparency and working relations among stakeholders in the money-spinning industry.
The service charter which is a fulfillment of the Lotteries and Gaming Act clearly spells out the mandate of the lotteries and gaming board with a view of addressing bottlenecks associated with the industry.
The board has pledged to fulfill its mandate to the satisfaction of stakeholders and promote growth of the industry in line with the National Development Strategy One.

As lotteries and gaming board, through this intervention, we are saying we are committed to serving you to your satisfaction,” said Dr Eugene Chidhakwa, the Lotteries and Gaming Board chairperson.
