Nikos Vertis was prompted to respond to a number of common inquiries from both his adoring supporters and media correspondents. During his appearance on the "Breakfast" program, he remarked, "It's not a problem to ask questions as long as I am free to provide an answer of my own choosing."
While he does receive negative comments from time to time, he insists that if they have a solid foundation and basis, such remarks can indeed affect him negatively. Nevertheless, he finds that criticism can be beneficial to him in some ways.
Nikos Vertis has been known to keep his personal life out of the public spotlight. He is just like any ordinary person, who has experienced romantic relationships and the feeling of falling in love. "How can an artist perform love songs if he has never been in love?" he rhetorically asked. "We are the ones who lead the way in this regard."
"I simply prefer not to publicize my personal relationships," he explained. He went on to add that "merely being photographed with a female companion does not necessarily imply a romantic relationship; after all, I also have female friends."
