Paraguay calls for the 8th edition of the Visual Arts Award

The German Paraguayan Cultural Institute and the German Embassy in this capital convened today the eighth edition of the Visual Arts Award, which seeks to create new opportunities for young emerging artists.
For this year, the call is addressed to all artists over 18 years of age, based in Paraguay, who present a mural project to raise awareness "about peaceful coexistence among humans" and the value of art for the international call for peace, according to the organizing entities.
The contestants, in accordance with the German Embassy, ​​must send their mural project in digital format, and attached, the registration form available on that platform, accompanied by an image and a brief description of the work; documentation that will be received until next October 21.
The winning project will be reflected on the building of the Municipal Tourist Information Center of the Municipality of Asunción, located on Avenida Costanera. Read More…
