Parlenka (Flat Bread)
Ingredients:
250g plain flour
4g dried active yeast
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Paprika
120 ml cold water
50g grated cheddar cheese
Method:
1) In a large bowl sift the flour. Add the yeast, sugar and salt, stir. Pour in the oil, then gradually add about 120 ml cold water and mix to combine.
