Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC Leaks Most Likely To Be True
There have been many leaks indicating content for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC over time, and some of them appear to be very credible.
There have been a number of leaks regarding potential DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, with varying degrees of evidence for each. Of course, not every game leak proves to be accurate, but there is ample reason to believe that some form of DLC will be coming to Scarlet and Violet in the near future. As such, the question for fans is which leaks are likeliest to give an accurate picture of what this DLC might look like.
Details leaked in the past for the newest Pokémon games have often proven to be accurate, providing fans with pre-release insights such as the existence of Paradox Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet long before they appeared in official media. In the months since Scarlet and Violet’s release, more leaks have begun to indicate the existence of DLC. Although these leaks vary in levels of detail, several have reputable sources and even appear to be already supported by in-game details.
New Paradox Pokémon Could Come In Scarlet & Violet DLC

One of the most prevalent assertions about any future DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is inclusion of new Paradox Pokémon. Nearly every leaked Paradox Pokémon appeared in Scarlet and Violet, except for the Legendary Pokémon Suicune and Virizion. Paradox Suicune is supposedly native to Scarlet, while Violet players may soon face Paradox Virizion. Similar to the other known Paradox Pokémon, they may also possess different names to their regular counterparts. Although officially unconfirmed, these rumored DLC additions seem to have validity.
Every other Paradox Pokémon featured in the same leak, collected by Centro LEAKS on Twitter, ended up in Scarlet and Violet. Leaked Paradox Pokémon coming to Scarlet and Violet is supported by data mining that revealed two currently unused moves, named Hydro Steam and Psyblade, for Suicune and Virizion respectively. These are, presumably, the Legendaries’ signature moves. The evocative names of these moves suggest that Paradox Suicune and Virizion may be at least part Fire and Psychic-type respectively (Suicune is normally a pure Water-type, while Virizion is Grass/Fighting). As all other Paradox variants have also had a change in type from their regular counterparts, this seems particularly believable.
But perhaps the most compelling reason to believe these Legendaries will come to Paldea is that their designs actually appear as supposedly hypothetical Paradox Pokémon in the Scarlet/Violet Book; details that seem too strange to include without a greater reason, such as foreshadowing possible Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC. In Pokémon Scarlet, the new version of Suicune appears to incorporate design elements from the other two legendary beasts, Raikou and Entei. Likewise, in Pokémon Violet, the Paradox Virizion design takes cues from Cobalion and Terrakion. The simple existence of these designs would imply that there may be more Paradox Pokémon on the way, but combined with the evidence of the unused moves hidden in the code this seems almost certain.
