INGREDIENTS
1 Pack Frozen Cassava Leaves
1 Small Onion
4 Spring Onion
2 Tbs Peanut Butter
1-2 Tin Pilcher in Tomato sauce
4 Tbs Red Palm Oil
1 Green Pepper
2 Scotch Bonnet Peppers
Salt To Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the Cassava leaves in a pot with 4 cups of water and, chopped onions, Chopped spring onion, green pepper, and boil for 20min. Don’t let the water dry, keep checking, most likely you will need to add more.
Then, add the palm oil, peanut butter, salt and, boil for another 20min. ( Add around 2 cups of water, eyeball it, so it doesn’t dry and burns). Read More...
