“Each artistic expression addressed in ”My Human Body” is a tool for healing in my future as an immigrant. My goal is to convey the emotions that are difficult to verbalize that my experience in the United States has left me, where there is a constant controversy with the immigration issue and the term "ALIENS", this being a term that is as pejorative as it is legal, to refer to people not born in the country” expressed the also journalist.
The photographer, for fifteen minutes, showed his most histrionic and circus side combining photography, music, dance, yoga, and contortion, taking the migratory experience as a framework. In the act he could be seen playing electric bass, he contorted his body with the flexibility of plasticine, he took a self-portrait with an instant camera on stage and he even danced bolero with a wooden chair after recreating feats and breathing exercises.
Arias also explained that he plans to carry out the editorial publication entitled "FLOW", a photo-book that narrates the creative process behind said performance, which would take him to tour with his camera, for more than five years, various sports clubs such as music studios. yoga, meditation, crossfit, as well as contemporary dance halls where Perreo, Reggaeton and Hip Hop stand out in South Florida for more than five years.
