Serbia to begin construction of Bio 4 tech park by end-2023

Serbia will begin construction of the Bio 4 tech park in the capital Belgrade by the end of the year, innovation minister Jelena Begovic said on Tuesday. The first phease of the construction is estimated to cost 300 million euro ($323 million), Begovic was quoted as saying in a press release.
The Bio 4 campus will bring together the research centres of companies active in biomedicine, biotechnology, bioinformatics and biodiversity, university facilties and scientific institutes. Serbia also plans to expand the capacities of its tech parks in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Cacak and Nis, and start the construction of a tech park in Krusevac later this year. Read More…
