Spinach with fish
A light, tasty lunch for fish lovers.
Components:
- fish fillets (hake), quantity of choice
- 1/2 kg of spinach
- 100 g of sremusha
- 200 g of sour cream for cooking
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g of cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt, pepper, oil
Preparation:
Cut both onions into cubes, and spinach and sremush into as small pieces as possible.
Heat the butter and fry both onions for about two minutes, then add the cooking cream and mix nicely.
