It’s located on the third floor of 531 41st Street, across from Sunset Park and just outside the neighborhood’s historic districts. Built in 1927 by Sun Heights Building Corp. and designed by E. O. Holgrem, the golden brick building is modern and angular. Despite the location, the name of the building over the front door is “Park Slope Homes.”
Inside, the unit a spacious foyer and three main rooms. There are coved ceilings, wall moldings, picture rails and parquet floors in the living room and bedroom.
The recently updated kitchen has white counters, plenty of white cabinets and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a deep tub with shower and sky-blue walls that contrast with diamond-shaped black border tile.

The monthly carrying costs are likely to be less than renting, thanks to the unit’s low monthly maintenance of $504 and a deal the co-op has with a preferred lender to offer a 3.28 percent interest rate, according to the listing.
