Superintendence of Banks says it warned about IX Investors

The Superintendency of Banks details that it permanently warns about entities "not authorized to carry out financial activities", through the website and official social networks of this institution, for the knowledge of the general public.
In line with the above, the control entity ( Superintendence of Banks ) points out that:
1.- Alerted the public through the institutional website and on social networks on January 12 and 14, 2022, reaching 84,306 viewers.
2.- The SB, continuing with its preventive actions, informed the public of the name change from IX INVERSORS to DIA, on February 16 and 25, 2022, achieving a reach of 70,356 spectators.
3.- The SB denounced IX INVERSORS (DIA) before the State Attorney General's Office for illegally raising money on January 17, 2022.
4.- The SB advanced in the corresponding sanctioning process, ordering the suspension and closure of the activities of those possibly involved in this network.
