Surco suspends four real estate projects: what are they and what is due?

The Municipality of Surco suspended the construction license of four real estate projects, because they included a greater number of floors than allowed.
It should be remembered that the mayor of Surco, Carlos Bruce, had previously said that the Municipal Council repealed two ordinances that allowed the construction of buildings much taller than allowed, in breach of zoning parameters.

Intihuatana Project - 21 floors and 74 apartments
Castilla Project - 234 apartments
Cordova 134 project - 14 apartments
Malaga Surco project - 22 apartments
That being said, the four buildings exceed the urban parameters in terms of the number of floors.
For example, the first in block 1 of the Marginal de la Selva jirón, and the second in block 3 of Avenida Mariscal Castilla, contemplated building 22 floors when the maximum allowed is 10.
The other two, located on the 1st block of Jirón Málaga and on Córdova street, projected the construction of 8 floors and not 5, as established by their zoning. Read More…
