The first festival for World Creativity Day will be held this April 22 and 23
The higher education school Toulouse Lautrec, with the collaboration of the Miraflores District Municipality, announced the creation of Materia Creativa, the first unprecedented festival for theWorld Day of Creativity and Innovation. It will take place on April 22 and 23, starting at 4:00 pm , it will be in the emblematic Kennedy Park and the public will be able to participate for free.
“At Toulouse Lautrec we firmly believe that creativity has the enormous potential to generate solutions to complex problems in society and add value to any activity, profession and industry. Therefore, this year we will make the dream of organizingcreative matter, as the festival is called, with the purpose of inspiring and promoting the creativity of Peruvians. And it couldn't be any other way because since our foundation, in 1984, we were the first school of creativity and innovation in the country and, since then, we have maintained leadership for 39 years", pointed out the president of VISIVA and representative by Toulouse Lautrec, Douglas Franco.
Activities
For her part, Denise Dianderas, commercial manager of Toulouse Lautrec, specified that the festival will have different activities in four important areas, so that participants experience creativity through all their senses:
In Plaza Chabuca Granda, renowned artists, amateurs, young people from schools and university bands that will combine genres such as rock, jazz, electronic and freestyle, among others, will perform.
The Balcony Show , for its part, will be the ideal setting for our Fashion Design and Management students to demonstrate their creativity through their best collections. Read More…
