The Romanian government has suspended the payment of installments for the "Prima Casa" and "Noua Casa" programs, the methodological norms establishing, thus, under what conditions citizens can benefit from this facility.
Thus, according to the foundation notes of the project, the methodological rules will apply to all the facilities granted by the defined creditors, who approve the requests of natural and legal persons as debtors, to suspend the payment obligations related to the credits.

Therefore, this period of granting the facilities to suspend and defer payments for "First House" or "New House" is between 1 and 9 months.
Further, these are the following criteria for granting the suspension or deferral of payments required for the previously mentioned programs. The first case is for them to be granted until April 30, 2022.
