The healthy lemon overnight oats breakfast recipe that tastes like dessert
If you're looking for a healthy breakfast idea this summer, help is at hand. This dish looks ultra indulgent, but it is actually pretty nutritious.
Overnight oats are a great way to start the day, especially in the summer. They are chilled, filling and can be made in a range of flavours.
If you've got a spare jam jar hanging around the kitchen, this would work perfectly. But if not, any little dish or ramekin would do. To save you time, you can make a few of them at the same time so you've got one for every member of the family.
The great thing about this breakfast is that you can customise it however you wish. Choose your own yoghurt, may it be low fat, Greek or dairy-free and top with whatever you fancy. And remember it's perfect for breakfast or dessert.
