These seven Swiss talents will receive a Manor Art Prize for 2023
In 2023, seven exhibitions lasting several weeks will be held, showcasing the work of these seven emerging artists on the Swiss art scene.
The jury assembled at the Kunstmuseum Basel chose Gina Folly as the winner of the Manor Art Prize 2023. Gina Folly was born in 1983 and lives and works in Basel. After completing her master's degree in fine arts at the Zurich University of the Arts ZHdK in 2014, she ran the art space Taylor Macklin in Zurich from 2013 to 2020. She has already had solo exhibitions in Basel, Paris and other cities, as well as group exhibitions in New York and Delme.

The artist Lou Masduraud won the 2023 prize for the Canton of Geneva and its Musée d'Art Moderne et Contemporain (MAMCO). Lou Masduraud was born in Montpellier in 1990 and lives and works in Geneva. She completed her master's degree at HEAD Genève in 2014 and has had solo exhibitions in Switzerland and Paris and has participated in various group exhibitions, including Les Flammes at the Musée d'Art Moderne in Paris. She was resident of the Istituto Svizzero in Rome for the years 2021-2022.

The artist Linda Semadeni was selected by the art prize jury in Graubünden in the Bündner Kunstmuseum in Chur . Linda Semadeni was born in 1985 and grew up in Bern and Ftan. She lives and works in Zurich. She studied fine arts at the Zurich University of the Arts ZHdK (BA) and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna (Erasmus). In the summer of 2022, the Halle für Kunst Lüneburg is showing a solo exhibition by Linda Semadeni.
