They denounce Cà©sar Pachà³n, senator of the Historical Pact, for using a company and not paying obligations

In information leaked at noon on July 29, 2022 on W Radio, the lawsuit against the senator for the Historical Pact César Pachón was announced. This Wednesday, July 7, another complaint was made known by one of those implicated in leaking $659 million pesos

The first of them has to do with José Isaac Torres, a man who denounced the senator for the Historical Pact, César Pachón and Andrés Flórez , for alleged constraint, bribery and abuse of authority, with a series of documents and evidence that link the senator with Jose Torres.

The second was made by Andrés Flórez, who was also sued by José Torres before the Prosecutor's Office.

Flórez was a friend of Senator Cesar Pachón and is the manager of Faretty . Flórez denied that he had irregularly asked Torres for money from the signing of a Christmas lighting contract on the Boyacá bridge.

Flórez revealed to W that he also has a lawsuit against Senator César Pachón because he owes him money.

“I haven't talked to him for many years. I have sued Mr. Pachón even for the rent, for more than two or three years, there are other things that he owes me and he is in the Prosecutor's Office, "said Flórez.
