This roadshow, chaired by the Minister of Economy and Planning, Samir Saied, aims to introduce businessmen, professionals and economic operators active in these countries to the current situation and the business climate in Tunisia, to promote Tunisia as an attractive site for investment and a platform for extension to Europe and Africa. In addition, this Roadshow aims to present the state of preparations for the TIF.
As part of this roadshow, the Minister of Economy and Planning, the Ambassador of Tunisia in Italy, the Consul General of Tunisia in Milan, the CEO of FIPA-Tunisia and the representative of FIPA-Milan met, on May 17, about twenty senior officials representing major Italian industrial groups such as Iveco Group, Clerprem, U-Power, Telecom Italia, Sparkle, Marcegaglia Group, Sparco, Eurotranciatura, Miroglio group, EffeEmme, Montello…
During this meeting, the Minister emphasized the assets of Tunisia as a privileged investment site and a flagship destination for business due to its geostrategic positioning and its competitive advantages.
He also presented the various economic reforms and the efforts undertaken by Tunisia to make a success of its economic transition and ensure relevant visibility on the international scene.
On 18 May, the Minister traveled to Munich where he met a number of heads of industrial companies operating in the various sectors and visited one of the largest international automotive groups to discuss the investment opportunities offered by Tunisia in this area. Read More…
