In some instances, a family comprises more people than parents and their children. For example, it may include blood relatives like grandparents, uncles, aunties, cousins, or nieces, living together as a unit.
Family is more than blood ties. It is a sense of connection, belonging, and homeliness. Whoever invokes such feelings in us becomes family to us.
